ServiceCare Flex

With ServiceCare Flex you can buy in bulk to fix and reduce the cost of up to 100 services over 12 months*. Typically, service plans are purchased for and assigned to individual vans – which works well for smaller businesses, but can be restrictive for fleet operators. With ServiceCare Flex, you can take out one contract to cover all Mercedes-Benz vans of the same model in your fleet.

ServiceCare Complete:
Tailor a package that covers all of your maintenance costs

Many businesses, particularly those operating a number of vans, maintain their cashflow with our ServiceCare Complete Plan. It allows you to benefit from an entirely fixed cost maintenance package that you can tailor to suit your business’s needs. It covers all services, MOTs and anything else you need – wear and tear components, tyres, ancillary equipment such as tail-lifts and fridges, even a replacement vehicle and collection and delivery, while maintenance is being carried out.

  • As long as your van is less than 5 years old at the end of the plan we’ll be able to design a plan that’s bespoke to your business requirements
  • What’s covered is up to you but the cost is fixed for the term of the agreement* (terms and conditions apply) – making forecasting much more straightforward
  • Pay monthly – without entering into a credit agreement

Service Intervals

Van service intervals are determined by Mercedes-Benz ASSYST 

 Intelligent and innovative, Mercedes-Benz ASSYST alerts you when your van needs servicing. The system measures variables like oil quantity & quality, engine load, temperature and speed to determine the optimum time to service the vehicle. An individual van’s service intervals will depend on how it is driven. When a lubrication Service A is required, a single spanner lights up on the dashboard. When the van requires a maintenance Service B, two spanners light up. 

 The first ever visit for a Service A is normally required up to 24,000 miles or 2 years. Subsequent visits are normally required up to every 24,000 miles or 2 years. 

 The first ever visit for a Service B is normally required up to 48,000 miles or 2 years. Subsequent visits are normally required up to every 24,000 miles or 2 years.
